Number Lines
A number line is a straight line with numbers placed at equal distances. It helps you see how big numbers are and how far apart they are.

Words to know
- interval:
- The equal space between neighbouring marks on a number line.
- distance:
- How far apart two numbers are.
Examples
- 1... 3 โ 4 โ 5 โ 6 โ 7 ...
- 2To add 3 + 2, start at 3 and jump 2 spaces forward to land on 5.
